While we take precautions to safeguard the security of personal data ( Please see our data protection policy) we cannot guarantee its absolute security when transmitted via email and cannot be held responsible for the security of personal data if information is provided by email by parties involved. SendMyWay will always seek your consent before sharing any personal information provided via email by involved parties.

Services and Guarantees

SendMyWay is committed to assisting you in preparing for Tribunals & Appeals; however, we cannot guarantee tribunal success.

Ethical Approach

At SendMyWay, we uphold our company ethos and values, prioritizing the student voice and best interests in all our actions and decisions.

Record Keeping and Compliance

SendMyWay maintains formal procedures and systems for accurate record-keeping, fully compliant with relevant legislation and regulations. These records are available to the Purchaser and/or the Learner upon request.

Confidentiality and Consent

We respect the privacy of all clients, treating all information and knowledge related to the client as confidential. Consent from young people over 16 years of age is required for information to be shared with SendMyWay and Tribunal/Local Authority.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from these terms and conditions, both Parties will make reasonable efforts to settle the dispute through negotiation where possible.

Notice of Breach and Termination

Written notice of any contracts will be provided if the other party is in serious breach of the terms and conditions, including a failure to pay the fees due. Termination of the contract shall not prejudice the rights of either party or of the young person.

Force Majeure

Neither Party will be liable for delay or failure to perform obligations under the terms and conditions if the delay or failure results from circumstances beyond their reasonable control. In such cases, the Purchaser may make alternative arrangements for service provision, and both parties may seek to renegotiate contract terms.

Amendment of Terms

SendMyWay reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

​

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are subject to English Law and the jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

​

Rights of Third Parties

Only parties to these terms and conditions may enforce its terms under applicable law.

​

Notification of Changes

SendMyWay will promptly inform the Purchaser of any adaptations, changes, or restrictions placed upon the business that could affect service delivery.

​

Fees and Refunds

Fees payable by the Purchaser to SendMyWay will be detailed in an invoice and must be paid before services commence. Refunds are at the discretion of the Director and are not typically provided.

​

Outside Working Hours

Hours required outside of normal working hours (Monday – Thursday  9am – 5pm) will be quoted at £100 per hour.

Service details

All fees quoted  are VAT exempt.

​

Fees will be sent via email and will include a copy of these terms and conditions to sign alongside prepayment of fees 

​

These terms have been established on 14th April 2024. The next review will be in March 2025.
